COVID 19 - Sanitary measures

The whole team is concerned to welcome you in complete safety.

Since the 9th of August, another mission awaits you: the health passport presentation. For a better organization, we are ready to welcome you in the best conditions possible.

For 18 years old and older (from the 30th of Septembre this also includes the 12 years old and 2 months), the “Health passport” is your digital or hard copy (with the TousAntiCovid app) sanitary proof, among the 3 following possibilities:

A NEGATIVE TEST

RT-PCR or antigenic test from less than 72 hours ago with QR code.

A VACCINE CERTIFICATE

A complete vaccine certificate with QR code.

A RECOVERY CERTIFICATE

From being sick with the COVID-19: a positive RT-PCR test from less than 11 days to 6 months old with QR code.

To ease the entry of our premises, it is strongly advised to download the TousAntiCovid app. You also can bring your sanitary proof hard copy if the QR code is intact and unaltered.

We already run many tests and we advise against QR code’s screenshots or pictures.

We have put in place a series of measures that we consider essential, which will not prevent you from having a fun and friendly time!

And under our masks let's keep smiling!

The entire team is wearing masks. Please, think of bringing yours. It will be necessary to wear it within our welcoming areas. You will be able to take it off inside our missions.

A bottle of hydroalcoholic gel is at your disposal so you'll be able to wash your hands at anytime during your welcome and your mission.

We carry out a thorough cleaning of our rooms between each team especially for the most used and manipulated objects and elements you will find.

Each group has a dedicated space for its reception in order to maximize the distance within our premises.

The entire team is trained in new health practices and we carefully follow the governmental recommendations. In addition, we joined the "Play with Trust" charter, establishing the sanitary rules to respect within all Escape Rooms.

Our toilets are cleaned at each shift and are equipped with paper dispensers and soap dispensers to avoid contacts.
